The spirit is life. The mind is the builder. The physical is
the result. Edgar

Messages of
Light are given to Misha from your spirit guides, Angels, and from the Ascended Masters when you attend your Guided Healing
session. Powerful energies, or light beings, offer their knowing in the form of images, thoughts, words, and feelings.
As an experienced Spiritual Counselor, Misha offers insight with ease, speed, and accuracy. Guided Healing is a safe way to
experience the blessings given to us from other dimesions. You may have experienced guided insight yourself at some point
in your life. In this society, we often call these experiences "psychic" experiences. Read below to learn more
about psychic ability and how to develop it in safe, simple ways. I believe most people have some degree of psychic
abilities. As modern people, we are taught to shut off our intuitions and "feelings" when confronted with "cold,
hard facts". This reality is hardest of all for contemporary women, as we are often naturally receptive and intuitive.
It becomes a struggle, then, when we choose to open our third eyes, to become comfortable and trusting of our extrasensory
perceptions.
Once we train ourselves to quiet the ego self that has learned to value reason alone, we become open
to understanding our own forms of psychic abilities. Personally, psychic development has enhanced my life in so many ways.
It's given me the ability to have the foresight to make right choices withour fear or regret, it's helped guide me every step
of my life's journey with confidence because I know I am being helped and protected, and it's given me the ability to help
others.
I like to encourage anyone who is curious about their own psychic abilities to reflect on their gifts,
and on their aspirations. Do you see your life being enhanced by having psychic sense? It is natural inside of all people and
yours for the choosing.
If you are curious about psychic work and the possibility of you or others you know being
psychic, the following information and links can help you learn more.
Types of Psychics
Clarsentience
is the ability to feel what others feel, in the ways that they feel them. Many people who are described as being sensitive
are clairsentient. You could be clairsentient if you find yourself picking up the emotions of people around you, or becoming
exhausted or rattled by spending time in social situations or crowded places.
Other people are clairvoyant or clairaudient,
able to see or hear messages from the spirits, guides, and angelic beings that surround us. These abilities are less
usual due to the realities of the modern lifestyle, but can be developed with practice and patience.
To some degree, everyone
has intuitive powers that give us hunches about what to do and what to avoid.

types of psychic abilities, here is a link to a helpful website:

Once you have located your own strengths, it can be helpful to know what sorts of experiences to reflect on. The following
site provides a list of "red flag" experiences that should be taken seriously, as you work towards strengthening
your third eye.
Spiritual
Growth from Psychic Development http://www.newagedirectory.com/psi/spiritual_development.htmThe tool I most encourage your using if you
are contemplating working on your psychic development is a simple tarot or oracle deck. Some people are good at memorization,
and will quickly learn the symbolic meaning of each card. Remembering the meaning, though, does not make for a good interpretation
of the cards. All of the cards have multiple meanings. Your goal is to look for the story that is made from a series of cards,
and to intuit the true meaning, amidst all possible meanings.
Personally, I don't think it's even necessary
to memorize the "meanings" of the cards. Instead, find a deck of cards that have artwork that "speaks"
to you. What decks have images that flood you with emotional knowing and reminders of real life situations? Your guides will
be able to speak to you through a deck that resonates with you. Spending time with a deck of cards, even by merely placing
them next to you as you read a book, will help it to take on your energy. Trust your first intuitions when you are reading
the cards.
An easy way to learn your deck is by choosing one card each night, reading the meaning, and then either
writing about it's relationship to your day, or meditating on the image.
Those images can create a common language
between you and your guides. Guides, angels, and other helpful spirits are trying to give us hints all the time. If an animal
crosses the road in front of you, look up the totem animal and learn what it is guiding you to see. If you learn from a standard
tarot deck, you might notice people who look like "The Empress", or "The Fool", or the "Prince of
Wands". Don't be so quick to think it's only a coincidence. Now that you have a common language with the guides, they
will put familiar, archetypal people, places, objects, and animals into your day to day life to teach you and guide you.
In my opinion, tarot, if worked with beyond the most basic level of entertainment-only, can become an amazing spiritual,
healing, and psychic development tool.
There are many books that can help you learn the meaning of the symbols
and characters of the traditional tarot decks. Luckily, there is a free resource online, that I think is just as good
- if not better - than anything you can purchase.
Learning the Tarot http://www.learntarot.com/This website breaks down meanings and stories
of each particular card simply, clearly, and accurately. I encourage you to work with it if you are new to tarot.
Once you have a "toolbox" of familiar symbolic images, you could begin practicing guided meditation. Many spiritual
healers offer guided meditation sessions that you could attend in your area, or, you could invest in some guided meditation
cd's. This sort of meditation does not clear the mind of all image and thought like traditional meditation, but opens the
third eye and stimulates visions and knowing.
Another simple, easy tool is a pendulum. A pendulum actually reads
the body's own knowledge and provides yes and no answers that are helpful, if we know how to ask the correct questions.
Along with those suggestions, I would recommend focusing on physical health and personal space. Your physical
body is just as important as your spiritual body and shouldn't be neglected. Practicing yoga is my number one recommendation.
Yoga disciplines and strengthens the body, mind, and soul. If you have problems with unhealthy eating, yoga will even help
you to develop the ability to avoid bad foods and enjoy healthy foods. If you are looking to hone psychic abilities
out of nervousness or anxiety about the future, yoga can help calm the mind and heart and make your intentions more pure.
As for personal space, a quick and easy method to cleanse the energy is to smudge the rooms. Smudge is a bundle of
white desert sage, sometimes mixed with other herbs, and comes from the Native American tradition. When you burn a smudge
stick, it gives off a strong scented smoke. Walking around each room with a burning smudge stick, will help to cleanse any
stuck or negative energies. If you don't like the smell of smudge, another option is to use simple incense. Though white desert
sage is touted as having the most potent cleansing properties, incense made with herbs such as frankincense and myrhh, are
also powerful and helpful.
I also recommend feng shui, which can make your space more conducive to healthy energy
flow. The most important "rules" of feng shui are to avoid clutter, and keep a space neat and clean. This is common
sense and can do wonders for your happiness and spiritual abilities.
I have many other recommendations and suggestions
for those of you who are seeking to develop your psychic abilities. I also offer lessons to individuals and groups who'd like
to learn.
Remember to ask for protection at the beginning of your practice sessions, and to close with prayers
of gratitude for your gifts and messages.
